Philippines Napocor securing coal supply

Napocor’s second attempt to secure coal for its Pagbilao and Sual plants has failed. The Philippines’ state-run utility is seeking offers from previous suppliers for 195kt of coal, to be delivered in Q4’08. One lot of high performance coal is for Pagbilao and two lots of blending coal for Sual.
